Departures will take place once each bus reaches full capacity, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants who wish to arrive at or depart from the conference venue outside of the scheduled shuttle times are kindly requested to use private means of transportation.

Boarding the shuttle buses will be permitted only by presenting the unique BARcode (which has already been sent to all registered participants by email with the subject “YOUR FINAL PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION & IMPORTANT INFORMATION”) together with your passport or ID card.
