The early registration fees apply to registrations made before June 1^st, 2025.

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by 1 June 2025 will be included in the program.
Please note that presenting authors should be able to attend the whole meeting since we cannot honour requests for a specific day or time. Thank you for your understanding.

The following fees include: Admission to all the conference sessions; Conference program book; Certificate of attendance; Welcome reception on 3 September 2025; and coffee breaks.

In case of any cancellation the following rules will be applicable:

For cancellations received until August 13^th, 2025, there will be a full refund minus a deduction of 10% of the registration fees.
The reason is that the firm that deals with credit card payments takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case, the ESC is paying two commissions.

No reimbursement for cancellations after August 13^th, 2025.
