Guidelines for Poster Presentations

The Poster Session will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 18:45 to 20:00.
Each poster will be assigned a number, as indicated in the Final Programme.
Please place your poster on the board with the corresponding number.

Mounting & Removal Schedule


Please follow the schedule below for setting up and taking down your poster on the day of the session:

Poster Specifications


  • Size and Orientation: Posters must be in portrait orientation and should not exceed A0 size (84 cm width x 119 cm height).
  • Mounting Supplies: Necessary materials for mounting will be available at the facility desk in the posters area.
  • Poster Number: Your assigned board location is determined by your poster number, as shown in the Final Programme.


Content & Layout Recommendations


  • All illustrations should be prepared in advance.
  • Avoid using heavy materials that may not stay in place on the poster board.
  • Do not write or draw directly on the poster boards.

Important notice


Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must pre-register and pay for the conference by the early bird registration deadline
(June 1st, 2025).

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and will have their abstracts included in the programme.
Each presenting author is responsible for the payment of the registration fee(s), as well as travel and accommodation costs.
