We are delighted to invite all participants to the Farewell Dinner of Eurocrim 2025. The event will be held at the charming Ilissia Café-Restaurant, a beautiful garden venue that blends historic elegance with contemporary Athenian atmosphere. It offers the perfect setting to relax, reflect, and celebrate the end of the conference with fellow attendees.

Guests will enjoy a selection of Greek cuisine under the stars, surrounded by lush greenery and the cultural richness of one of Athens’ most renowned museums.

Dinner Ticket: 59,00 Euro per person

Next to the restaurant and the Byzantine Museum are the ruins of the Lyceum of Aristotle. This famous “Peripatetic School” was named after the arcaded structure where students, known as “peripatetics”, walked (Peripatus) while engaging in philosophical discussions. The Lyceum was founded in 335 BC and became a major intellectual center and was where Aristotle produced many of his most important works. It was one of the gymnasia of ancient Athens and remained active until it was destroyed by Sulla, a Roman general and statesman of the late Roman Republic, in 86 BC.

We are delighted to invite you to the Eurocrim 2025 Cocktail Party, which will take place at the vibrant and iconic venue Ηorostasio, located in the heart of Athens’ historic triangle.

Horostasio is a unique entertainment and cultural center housed in a beautifully preserved neoclassical building from the 1920s. It combines a historical ambiance with modern amenities, making it an ideal venue for all types of events.

The venue is spread across three floors, offering a variety of experiences:

1st Floor – Club: A high-energy space with music and non-stop dancing.
2nd Floor – Bar: An atmospheric setting for social interaction.
Rooftop: A popular summer spot offering refreshing drinks and a nice view of Mount Lycabettus under the Athenian night sky.

Ticket price: 31,00 Euro per person

The ticket includes open bar service featuring:

Lunch Box

Dates: Thursday, 4 September & Friday, 5 September 2025

Location: Conference Venue – Τhe American College of Greece (ACG)

Tickets Cost: 26,00 Euro per person for both days (Thursday & Friday)

Deadline for ticket purchase: August 20, 2025.

Each Lunch Box includes: A sandwich (meat or vegetarian), a dessert, a fruit and a bottle of water (500ml).

Important Note: Due to the large number of participants, and in order to fit all panels within the usual timeframe (Thursday morning to Saturday early afternoon), the lunch breaks during the conference will be shorter than usual this year. This may not allow enough time to visit nearby restaurants and cafés and return in time-especially if you would like to attend both the session before and the session after the lunch break. While there are cafeterias on campus, they are unlikely to accommodate all attendees given this year’s high turnout. By ordering in advance, the restaurants will be able to prepare your lunch boxes ahead of time, ensuring a quick and smooth lunch break without unnecessary delays.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of ticket cancellation, written notification must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Up to August 20^th, 2025: Full refund
From August 21^st, 2025 and onwards: No refund will be issued.
