As we are now very close to the conference dates, hotel reservations will only be accepted upon request, subject to availability.

The Conference is being hosted at the premises of the American College of Greece, easily accessible to and from the historic city center.

We have secured a selection of hotels at different price rates, all conveniently located near metro stations.

For your own convenience the organizers suggest preferring hotels at the City Centre and near Metro Station Line 3. There are hardly any hotels near the Venue, which are on our list.

Methods of payment

All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payee. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication.
Outstanding payments are to be made onsite during the Congress.

  • By credit card
    Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Congress’s online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the services booked and your payment status.
  • By bank transfer
    Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the Congress’s online services system. After selecting the Congress services of your choice, please tick the appropriate checkbox (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then redirect you to a confirmation of services page and once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with an outstanding balance due (to be settled by bank transfer). After receipt of payment of the appropriate fees, you will receive the official confirmation of the services booked for the Congress in the email address advised for communication.
    Important Note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this time frame, for final confirmation of your bookings. After the 7-day deadline has expired, your bookings will be considered null.

    Important Note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail at info@eurocrim2025.com along with the Booking order (online), for confirmation of the  relevant bank transfer. Upon payment, we will send you the respective confirmation voucher by e-mail.

All receipts/invoices will be sent to recipients within one month after the payment is complete.

Terms & Conditions

  • Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a Tax Reg. No. / VAT number.  The invoicing address and Tax Reg. No. / VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
  • Kindly check the billing/receipt information that you have entered during the registration process. The bill/receipt will be issued on the given details within one month after your payment is complete. In case of any change of the information requested after the issuance of the receipt/bill there will be a handling fee of €20 for the re-issuance of the receipt/bill.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

In the case of accommodation cancellation, written notification must be sent to the Organising Secretariat. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Up to May 31st, 2025: Full refund minus € 50,00 administration fee
  • From June 1st to July 31st, 2025: 50% refund
  • From August 1st, 2025 and onwards: No refund will be issued.
  • All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference minus the Bank charges

ATTENTION:

Erasmus S.A. has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing agent for the EUROCRIM 2025. Your hotel reservations will be part of the congress block and Erasmus will be available to provide support before the Congress as well as onsite. EUROCRIM 2025 strongly recommends delegates to book via Erasmus, as we are aware of fraudulent groups acting as housing agents that claim to be associated with the Congress. Regretfully, we cannot offer any support with any bookings made via these fraudulent companies.
