The Scientific Committee for the 25^th Annual Conference of the ESC invites you to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. All accepted abstracts will be published electronically.

Please note that the Abstract’s submission is handled by the Secretariat of the European Society of Criminology, not by the local organizers. Local organizers cannot assist you with any registration issues.

• Pre-arranged Panel Session (each panel should normally contain between four and five presentations)
• Roundtable Session (minimum 3 participants)
• Author-meets-critics Session (minimum 1 author + 2 critics)
• Individual Paper Presentation (max. 10 minutes) – will be added to a Paper Panel Session within the suitable category

Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent to publish it as well as your personal data provided in the submission form.
Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.

Abstracts whose authors are fully registered until 01 June 2025 will be published in the conference Book of Abstracts.
There is no need or possibility to send before or after the conference full-text presentations.

Presenting authors should respect the program’s schedule (no changes will be made).
Participants should plan to attend the whole meeting. Presentations are scheduled from 03 September 2025 until 06 September 2025. We are unable to take into account specific requests for days or times.
Presenting authors unable to attend the Eurocrim2025 Conference may be substituted by a co-author. In case of impossibility, please inform the Conference’s Organizing Secretariat as soon as possible by e-mail at secretariat@esc-eurocrim.org.
All presentations based on accepted abstract submissions must be in English. The authors should bring their presentations on USB and deliver them to the IT support desk, 1 hour before their presentation.
The posters should be brought by the authors at the conference, they cannot be sent in advance.
